Bexley Grapevine is a planned community as part of a mixed-used plan based around the Kubota HQ (Kubota Tractors). This community took several years to get through the City of Grapevine as a planned development. The site has 18 buildings and a total of 450 units. It has a variety of unit mix and townhomes, with tuck under garages, detached garages, and more. The Texana architecture uses Texas quarry stone and wood accents on the balconies.
One of the main goals for this plan was to focus on pedestrian connectivity to the creek that runs behind it, including a bike trail. This site includes a free-standing pool and pavilion area, a separate dog park, and follows the street grid that leads to the other mixed-uses within the community.
