This is the first multi-family project in the much larger Mid-Town master plan community that replaces the old Valley View Mall. Strong corner elements are obvious as you are coming down Noel Road toward the Galleria Mall. This building was kept fairly flat to define the streets and create floating boxes and a strong, streamlined base. At the ground level, units got extended yards.
This 321-unit building has a forecourt with an open space per city requirement. The forecourt is recessed about 100 feet in to break the building massing, and has a carriage way that goes under the building to the pool courtyard.
