Monaco on the Trail, located at 3003 Carlisle, is a six-story, 192-unit apartment building in Dallas‘s popular Uptown, designed in coordination with the Oak Lawn Design Review Board to fit within this part of the community. This Mediterranean-themed development is targeted toward residents with active lifestyles and features a pedestrian bridge that connects resident bikers and walkers to the Katy Trail.
Two podium-level courtyards create indoor/outdoor spaces that engage the Katy Trail and offer an inviting alternative to the harder street edge along Carlisle. Unimpeded views of the pool deck from the interior amenities space further enhance the community‘s connection to the active outdoors.
