Stag’s Leap is the last phase to build out a mixed-use community called Austin Ranch. The different scales and styles of buildings allow the diversity to turn it into one big village. This is part of the traditional neighborhood plan that continues to follow the ideas of new urbanist planning. It has 19.761 acres and a total of 709 units in 12 apartment buildings and 4 townhome buildings. In addition to that, there are five support buildings, a structured parking garage, detached garages, and a maintenance building.
The site includes parallel parking and an organized street grid, as well as a pool and relaxing outdoor spaces. The main street was created to determinate pedestrian and vehicular access and terminates into a small garden with a sculpture plaza.
