The Hudson is phase 2 of the community called Lake District. This was the completion of the master site of buildings around the trail and allowed the opportunity to build the community center on the edge of the opposite side of the lake.
This community had a variety of three-story buildings, including two primary buildings that were podiums that stepped down toward a nature preserve. There are three stories of units over one level podium garage, which creates an elevated courtyard deck with a pool that appears to run straight into the lake. Keys to this project include completing the trail ring road and the amenity center on the lake that steps down the hill.
