The Huntington is located in the Headquarters Village in the City of Plano, Texas. It has 320 units with a mix of efficiencies, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. The community includes parking structures, a pool courtyard, a more private courtyard at the back of the building, a dog park, and multiple amenity areas. The traditional French style of this project is intended for an older demographic, marrying privacy with the potential of public use.
This project was planned in conjunction with the adjacent retail owner/developer to create a connection from the front door of the main street and develop a drop-off plaza with a separate parking structure. By being a mixed-use zone, the adjacent retail building is connected through a carriage way.
