AMLI on Riverside is in Las Colinas, an area that has very stringent processes for approvals by their architectural review board. The majority of Las Colinas has a Mediterranean style architecture, making it contextually appropriate to use the same style for this project.
Riverside is 100% stucco with wood accents, with a very simple palette and a splash of stone at the front and back of the club house. The intent for this project is to be a resort style community with amenities, creating very intimate spaces linked to a public park adjacent to the property.
